Design visual assets for Sunday services and Rock Academy, create environmental signage and interior concepts, build website wireframes and update WordPress, produce social media content and short-form video, collaborate with creative teams to maintain brand consistency, and manage multiple projects to meet service and event deadlines.

Greet families and visitors, manage daily check-in/check-out and attendance records, update student information, answer phones and emails, provide administrative support to the Director, maintain front desk organization and supplies, assist with closing procedures and other office tasks.

Serve as primary advocate for middle and high school students, overseeing non-academic student matters, discipline, spiritual formation, campus safety, and family engagement. Partner with the MS/HS Principal to develop restorative culture, supervise daily campus operations and events, implement student/parent handbook policies, and support staff development while modeling Christ-centered leadership and supporting the schools mission.
