Coordinate teams, contractors, logistics, and quality control while ensuring safety, RAMS compliance, and high build standards. Manage snagging, communications with workshop and suppliers, and handover, requiring calm, solution-focused leadership under pressure.

Provide administrative and coordination support for scenic fabrication projects: raise purchase orders, manage bookings, assist scheduling, logistics, documentation, costing, and supplier liaison to ensure timely, safe delivery of multiple concurrent events.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex live, hybrid and experiential events. Own client relationships, interpret briefs, develop technical production and scenic solutions, manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and onsite crews, oversee fabrication and installation, produce technical drawings and risk assessments, and support business development and continuous improvement.
