Support the production team in planning, administering, and delivering live events. Assist with equipment allocation, technical drawings, logistics, quotations, project administration, and provide hands-on event support while communicating with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

Provide administrative and coordination support for scenic fabrication projects: raise purchase orders, manage bookings, assist scheduling, logistics, documentation, costing, and supplier liaison to ensure timely, safe delivery of multiple concurrent events.

Lead client accounts and manage delivery of bespoke scenic fabrication projects for events, exhibitions, and installations. Oversee briefs, budgets, CAD drawings, supplier coordination, health and safety, and on-site delivery. Provide technical and creative advice, ensure timely, safe, and high-quality builds, and maintain proactive client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
