Drive implementation and maintenance of the Control Framework: analyze process maps, identify control gaps, recommend and support process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document working papers, and ensure compliance with industry and organizational standards.

Lead system and static data setups for new client and fund onboarding, manage conversion activities, validate NAV and shareholder data, standardize processes, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure ISAE/SOC compliance while guiding the client data team.

Lead private equity fund accounting and administration: oversee NAV preparation and review, fee and waterfall calculations, investor allocations, custody and banking operations, AML compliance, audits, client communications, staff management, process improvements, and participation in system initiatives and projects.

Maintain books and records for private market clients (private equity), prepare financial and investor reporting, NAV packages, fee and carried interest calculations, capital call/distribution notices, reconciliations, journal entries, consolidations via Investran, process fund expense payments, and coordinate with clients, auditors, banks and internal teams to meet SLAs.

Support implementation and operation of the data governance framework: maintain data catalogue and taxonomy, identify and monitor critical data elements, manage metadata and data quality assessments, track and remediate data issues, maintain ownership records, and produce governance reports and training materials to support risk and compliance.

Perform capability assessments of Oracle Flexcube, rationalise bespoke customisations, manage and triage the Flexcube backlog, coordinate with Oracle Support, translate business requirements into configuration/change specs, and produce documentation and governance reporting to improve platform usage and reduce operational risk.

Provide full fund accounting for private equity clients including NAV preparation, pricing, reconciliations, capital calls and distributions, fee and waterfall calculations, investor allocations, NAV packages, audit assistance, regulatory deliverables, ad hoc requests, and client communications.

Execute and approve global payment processing, resolve exceptions, perform root-cause analysis, and liaise with clients and internal teams. Maintain controls, analyze payment trends, support system enhancements and automation, assist audits and remediation, and contribute to process improvements across regional GPS operations.

Serve as a hybrid business analyst/project specialist on an ERP programme, partnering with business, finance, operations, technology and vendors to gather requirements, map processes, manage Workday design/build/test/data migration/cutover, maintain governance (plans, RAID, reporting), coordinate vendors, support change management, ensure quality and readiness, and deliver post‑implementation improvements.

Lead design and delivery of internal AI enablement capabilities: build tools, workflows, standards, and observability to scale safe, measured AI-assisted software development. Partner with platform, security, and engineering teams to integrate governance, evaluate AI outputs, and coach teams through adoption.
