Supports electrical control panel design documentation using AutoCAD, including mechanical layouts, power distribution diagrams, I/O wiring and loop diagrams, schematics, and DCS network drawings. Reviews I/O lists, assists with design problem resolution, gathers technical information for estimates, and helps prepare drawing packages for panel-shop release. Works under experienced engineers and designers, with occasional customer-site travel.

Supports inside sales for process systems and solutions by selecting and sizing control products, developing technical solutions, preparing quotes, addressing lead-time challenges, and supporting order fulfillment. The role serves as a technical customer contact and collaborates with account managers and outside sales to meet customer needs and grow territory business.

Participate in a 12-month rotational inside sales engineering program, learning products, ERP systems, and business processes. Supports IT by researching, testing, documenting, and presenting AI use cases with Glean and related tools. Collects and validates data, assists with reports, dashboards, visualizations, and analytics using Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Fabric. Evaluates AI-generated results, documents workflows and recommendations, identifies process improvements, and communicates findings to business and technology stakeholders.

Develops PLC and industrial automation sales opportunities through customer discovery, technical consultations, preliminary system architecture, proposals, estimates, demonstrations, and technical handoffs. Partners with account managers, engineering, project management, and service teams to translate customer requirements into commercially viable solutions. Requires customer-facing technical leadership, industrial automation expertise, regional travel, and familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and control systems.

Lead multiple concurrent industrial automation projects from proposal handoff through engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing, commissioning, startup, and closeout. Own scope, schedule, budget, forecasts, margins, risks, change control, customer communication, cross-functional coordination, project financials, and recovery plans. Coordinate customers, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams while managing FAT, installation, commissioning, startup, reporting, acceptance, reconciliation, and lessons learned.

Supports natural gas production automation projects through process control design, implementation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Works with RTUs, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, instrumentation, communication networks, and electronic flow measurement equipment. Assists with site assessments, mechanical, electrical, and software design, technical support, customer interactions, and project execution under experienced engineers and technicians. Occasional travel across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia is required.

Supports inside sales engineers and order management teams while learning engineering sales. Responsibilities include developing quoting and efficiency tools, improving customer data, maintaining an employee training database, supporting daily sales activities, and completing projects that improve team operations and customer service.

Supports the Supply Chain team with purchase order creation and tracking, vendor quote sourcing and comparison, records maintenance, compliance tracking, ERP part description standardization, stakeholder communication, reporting, and administrative projects. The intern works independently and collaboratively while learning supply chain processes, systems, and procedures.

Provides process control and industrial automation expertise for natural gas production operations. Performs site assessments, mechanical, electrical, and software design, installation, acceptance testing, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of RTUs and related systems. Implements control schemes using RTUs, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and communication networks. Supports sales, project execution, customer engagements, and Emerson partner coordination. Regular travel is required across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, including possible overnight travel.
