Perform full-cycle accounting tasks in a governmental fund-accounting environment including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, cash management, tax reporting (W-9/1099), assist audits, prepare draft financial statements and support budgeting.

Process and administer payroll and employee benefits, maintain payroll and HRIS records, support onboarding and recruitment, handle benefits enrollment and claims, reconcile invoices, respond to employee inquiries, and participate in HR reporting and special projects while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
