Serve as primary admin and functional lead for Quantum ERP and Corridor MRO, manage users/permissions, partner with cross-functional teams to document and automate processes, build reports/dashboards, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with IT/cybersecurity/vendors, and provide training and documentation to improve system integrity and decision support.

Support process improvement and production efficiency in aerospace manufacturing by collecting and analyzing production data, assisting with time studies and workflow design, implementing lean practices, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating on projects with engineering and operations teams.
