Position Overview:
We are seeking Industrial Engineer Interns to join our Fort Worth, TX team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in process improvement, data analysis, and production efficiency within a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. You will work alongside experienced engineers and operations leaders, gaining valuable exposure to real-world challenges and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and quality.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Assist in time studies, workflow design, and capacity analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership.

  • Participate in special projects and support day-to-day engineering tasks.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

  • Prior internship, co-op, or project experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment is a plus.
