Provides strategic leadership for university-wide human resources, including labor relations, collective bargaining, HR operations, compliance, workforce planning, employee engagement, professional development, equity initiatives, payroll, budgeting, and personnel data reporting. Advises the President’s Cabinet, supervises HR staff, manages complex employee relations and grievances, represents the university with unions and external agencies, and ensures compliance with employment laws, system policies, and collective bargaining agreements.

Provides vision, leadership, and day-to-day management for the Liberal Arts and Sciences division and academic support services. Oversees instructional quality, curriculum and program development, faculty and staff recruitment and evaluation, assessment, academic scheduling, student success initiatives, budgets, grants, accreditation alignment, and strategic planning. Collaborates with college leadership, faculty, staff, committees, community partners, and K-12 programs while promoting shared governance, diversity, equity, inclusion, and effective academic operations.

The Vice President of Finance and Administration serves as the college’s chief financial officer, leading financial planning, budgeting, accounting, audits, investments, risk management, facilities, capital projects, safety, security, and auxiliary services across two campuses. The role advises the president, oversees financial compliance and reporting, develops long-range fiscal and facilities plans, manages enterprise risk and continuity programs, and represents the college with state officials, legislators, auditors, partners, and community stakeholders.

Solicit leadership gifts ($5,000–$25,000) to support university priorities, cultivate donor relationships, recommend transitions to major giving, represent Advancement at events, and use donor data and CRM for strategy.

Lead and coordinate the universitys curriculum development and approval processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and equity. Serve as central contact for curriculum policy and governance, support faculty and departments with market and viability analysis, manage projects across Academic Affairs, Registrar, and Institutional Research, and ensure institutional systems and data support effective academic planning and accreditation.

Teach undergraduate data science and statistics courses in-person; conduct scholarly research; advise students; supervise capstone projects and internships; contribute to curriculum development, service, and community engagement; integrate technology into teaching and collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to promote programs.

Provide visionary academic leadership for portions of academic affairs across college campuses, overseeing curriculum, hiring, program development/revision, budgets, accreditation interactions, and community/industry partnerships. Promote equity, shared governance, and campus safety; participate in college-wide initiatives, committees, and campus coverage including evenings/weekends as needed.
