Hands-on HR generalist role responsible for full-cycle recruiting, ATS management, onboarding, HR administration, payroll/contractor coordination, benefits support, employee records and PTO tracking, offboarding, and contributing to employee engagement, HR policies, and workforce analytics for a distributed global team.

Manage global HR operations including end-to-end onboarding, records, payroll coordination, benefits, compliance, PTO tracking, offboarding, and employee inquiries. Support workforce analytics, HR policy rollout, engagement initiatives, and full-cycle recruiting tasks (sourcing, screening, ATS hygiene, scheduling). Serve as primary HR contact and operate with autonomy across multiple countries and time zones.

Design, build, and deploy Python-based AI agents and microservices for medical data processing, LLM integration, vector search (Qdrant), and healthcare system integrations; implement observability, error handling, and APIs, and collaborate with clinical teams.

Support the CEO Office on innovation, partnerships, and strategic projects: identify new revenue opportunities, map and manage partnership pipelines, analyze data and markets, prepare executive materials, track action items, and drive cross-functional projects to inform senior leadership decisions.

Lead business development and strategic partnerships across payer, employer, and government markets: generate pipeline, develop target accounts, structure deals (PMPM, risk-sharing), advance contracts, and represent the company to CMS and federal stakeholders to position AI-enabled oncology navigation solutions.

Support the CEO and executive team on customer success analytics and strategy. Analyze customer health, build dashboards and frameworks, identify retention and expansion opportunities, prepare executive briefings, track action items, and lead cross-functional projects to improve customer outcomes and processes.
