Position Overview

We are looking for a CEO Office Analyst to support the CEO and Executive Office in a fast-paced, international, and data-driven environment.

This is a generalist role combining broad CEO Office exposure with deeper ownership of a specific business area. Approximately half of your time will be spent working on cross-functional CEO Office priorities, including strategic analysis, performance tracking, operational problem-solving, executive meeting preparation, and ad-hoc projects. The other half will be dedicated to a functional focus area based on business priorities and your background and strengths, where you will develop deeper expertise and work closely with the relevant teams.

You will move across topics quickly, structure ambiguous problems, analyze data, and translate your findings into clear, actionable recommendations. You will also have opportunities to support commercial initiatives, external partnerships, and other projects that directly contribute to Massive Bio's growth.

This is a high-exposure, high-learning position for someone who is analytical, curious, commercially minded, low-ego, and comfortable switching between topics quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Analysis

  • Analyze internal and external data across performance, markets, customers, and operations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Build clear summaries, reports, and simple commercial models that support decision-making by the CEO, co-founders, and senior leadership.

  • Support the evaluation of new revenue opportunities, business models, markets, and strategic initiatives.

  • Translate analysis into practical recommendations with clear next steps.

Commercial & Growth Initiatives

  • Support strategic commercial opportunities through market and customer analysis, commercial proposals, pricing analyses, and client-facing materials.

  • Analyze growth, customer, partnership, or operational funnels to identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

  • Support the tracking of strategic opportunities and help surface risks, stalls, and follow-up actions.

  • Contribute to initiatives that improve revenue growth, customer outcomes, or external partnerships.

Executive Support

  • Prepare briefing notes, slide decks, and supporting materials for the CEO, co-founders, and executive team, including for external meetings with partners, customers, and investors.

  • Track action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings and ensure they translate into concrete next steps.

Functional Focus & Cross-Functional Ownership

  • Spend approximately 50% of your time developing deeper ownership in a specific functional area based on business priorities and your background and strengths.

  • Your focus area may include topics such as commercial growth, customer success, partnerships, provider engagement, patient growth, or other strategic business priorities.

  • Work closely with the relevant functional leaders and teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities and root causes, and support execution.

  • Take ownership of defined workstreams: clarify the problem, structure the approach, coordinate stakeholders, and drive topics through to completion.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with teams such as Operations, Product, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Clinical, and Customer-facing teams to gather data and solve cross-functional problems.

  • Help improve internal processes and external partner/customer flows using data and structured problem-solving.

  • Support follow-through across teams and ensure agreed actions are progressed and closed.

Research & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct targeted research on markets, competitors, business models, and other strategic questions sitting on the CEO's desk.

  • Stay informed on oncology, clinical trials, healthcare innovation, and relevant business trends, and synthesize what matters for leadership.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's (or Master's) degree from a strong university in a highly analytical field (e.g., engineering, economics, business, statistics, industrial engineering, or related).

Experience (1-3 years)

  • At least 1 year of full-time experience after graduation in one or more of the following:

  • Corporate strategy, business development, commercial, growth, or partnerships,

  • Customer success, business operations, or analytics roles,

  • A high-growth company / startup in an analytical role with project ownership.

  • Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, pharma, or high-growth technology environments is a plus but not required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data in Excel and building simple commercial models.

  • Strong business acumen and curiosity; able to understand the commercial logic behind different parts of a business.

  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and propose pragmatic solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Comfortable working directly with C-level executives and senior stakeholders and handling candid feedback.

  • Able to manage shifting priorities and operate in a fast-paced, international environment.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable in closing topics and following through.
