Design and balance multiplayer systems using player feedback and analytics. Collaborate with creative director, producers, developers and artists to implement features from ideation to release. Produce concise design briefs, system outlines, technical specs and visual concepts. Assist prototyping, oversee UX for matchmaking, communication and HUD, and engage with the community on game design.
