Administer and support defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans: perform compliance testing and contribution calculations, prepare valuations and government filings (Forms 5500, 5330, Schedule SB), analyze plan documents, assist terminations and PBGC matters, prepare benefit calculations and PBGC premium filings, support actuaries and consultants, and communicate with sponsors and advisors.

Lead regional sales to grow MAP Retirement's TPA client base by prospecting advisors and plan sponsors, delivering presentations, preparing proposals, managing CRM records, analyzing sales data, and cultivating long-term partner relationships to meet and exceed targets.
