Serve as strategic HR partner to the Finance function, advising the CFO and Finance MT on organizational design, performance, talent, succession, employee relations and change. Translate HR strategy and data into people solutions, support transformation and day-to-day HR topics, collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated HR services, and embed Rituals' culture across the employee lifecycle.

Act as strategic finance partner for Wholesale & Travel, driving planning, forecasting, KPI frameworks, profitability analysis, and business cases. Build scalable reporting, dashboards, and omnichannel analytics, support executive presentations, and lead standardization and automation to improve topline growth, margins, and decision-making across channels.

Serve as strategic finance business partner for HR, Tech & Data and selected Head Office teams. Lead planning & control cycles, analyze OPEX/CAPEX, improve cost controls and standards, deliver HR KPIs (FTE, vacancies), and apply analytics/AI to enhance forecasting and decision-making while supporting standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives.

Manage month-end procedures and financial reporting for Dutch corporate entities. Perform analytical reviews of P&L and balance sheet, investigate variances, support group financial statements, external audits, and tax (VAT) compliance. Collaborate with accounting assistants and head office to ensure accurate monthly and quarterly reporting.

Manage month-end financial control for DACH & Eastern Europe: oversee journal entries, prepare statutory financial statements, support external audits, ensure VAT and tax compliance, perform P&L and balance sheet analytical reviews, investigate variances, and validate numbers with business stakeholders. Report to Head of Financial Control.
