As a Senior HR Business Partner at Rituals, you are the trusted HR advisor for the Finance line of business, working closely with the CFO and the Finance Management Team. You connect business priorities with the HR strategy and help create an environment where performance, leadership, talent, and wellbeing go hand in hand.
Operating from our Amsterdam Central Head Office, you play a key role in strengthening the Finance organization by translating strategic goals into practical people solutions. You support leaders through transformation, organizational development, and day-to-day people topics, while helping embed Rituals’ culture and values into the employee experience.
For 40 hours per week, you give new meaning to the words ‘aim big, act small’.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Act as the strategic HR partner for the Finance function, advising and coaching the CFO and Finance MT on organizational design, team effectiveness, performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee relations, and change management
- Shape, align, and execute the people and HR strategy for Finance in line with business priorities and the broader Rituals HR agenda, while driving leadership effectiveness and high-performing teams
- Translate people insights, HR data, and dashboards into meaningful actions and business decisions, and implement HR policies, initiatives, and processes that support a future-ready Finance organization
- Collaborate closely with HR Centres of Expertise such as Talent Acquisition, Reward, and the Global Service Center to deliver integrated HR support and ensure Rituals’ culture and values are reflected throughout the employee lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, combined with strong HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced and international environment
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders, ideally within corporate or functional domains such as Finance, and the ability to advise on organizational effectiveness, talent, performance, and transformation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, confidence in working with C-level stakeholders, and the ability to balance strategic advisory work with pragmatic execution
- Fluency in English, a data-informed mindset, and a personal style that is open, empathetic, communicative, and results-oriented
