Prepare detailed designs, feasibility studies and scheme reports for S278/S38 projects; ensure compliance with DMRB, Manual for Streets, CDM and H&S; assess environmental impacts; undertake project management, budgeting, bills of quantities and costings; liaise and negotiate with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors using CAD, Civil 3D and vehicle-tracking tools.

Lead Indigenous consultation and engagement programs for major infrastructure and impact assessment projects in Quebec and Ontario. Design and implement engagement strategies, co-lead multi-community programs, supervise and direct junior staff, facilitate meetings with Chiefs, Councils, Elders and community members, negotiate and manage agreements and capacity funding, ensure regulatory reporting and consultation records, and travel regularly to communities (up to four times per month).
