Process all payroll tasks (hours, salaries, commissions, taxes, garnishments), maintain payroll records and pay changes, prepare earnings and deduction reports, perform accounting journal entries and GL support, administer benefits, handle employee inquiries, and drive employee engagement and performance management.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to meet sales goals. Oversee daily activities, CRM usage, prospecting, deal negotiation, pricing, and customer experience. Sell new and used vehicles at Poway Hyundai by providing excellent customer service, building rapport, using dealership software, and working evenings and weekends. Maintain professional appearance, manage time and organization, and assist Spanish-speaking customers if bilingual.

Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, texts, and online leads; qualify prospects, schedule and confirm sales appointments; maintain CRM records; follow up to nurture leads; meet performance goals and collaborate with sales team while representing the brand professionally.

Sell new and used vehicles, deliver excellent customer service, build rapport with customers, use dealership computer systems, meet sales goals, work evenings and weekends, maintain professional appearance, and communicate effectively. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; valid in-state driver’s license required.
