Provides administrative support to senior management at a performing arts venue. Responsibilities include phone and office administration, sponsorship and marketing operations, HR paperwork, union personnel files, basic accounting, financial data entry, expense reports, ticket donations, and organizing financial settlements. The role is part-time and requires strong organization, accuracy, communication, basic accounting, spreadsheet, and Microsoft Office skills.

Part-time in-house graphic designer creating marketing collateral (emails, digital ads, print, outdoor, social, video). Code responsive emails/web, collaborate with regional teams, revise per feedback, manage projects from concept to final delivery, and ensure brand alignment and accessibility.

Support national and local sponsorship sales by managing account fulfillment, ticketing, sponsor communications, proof-of-performance recaps, and event coordination. Assist leadership with presentations, contracts, research, lead generation, and merchandise orders. Provide excellent customer service, maintain barter logs, and work with box offices across markets. Some travel and after-hours events required.
