Monitor and report on research, operating, and trust accounts; ensure Tri-Agency and sponsor compliance; assist with forecasting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Maintain records, improve processes, support audits, train users, and back up administrative functions including casual hiring and special projects.

Lead and conduct complex, high-risk investigations into sexual violence, harassment, discrimination, and other interpersonal conflicts across the university. Manage full investigation lifecycle including intake, jurisdictional and risk assessment, evidence collection and analysis, trauma-informed interviewing, and preparation of defensible investigation reports. Advise senior leaders on procedural options, interim measures, and institutional responses while ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and principles of procedural fairness.

Manage and execute academic scheduling, curriculum submissions, and exam coordination. Serve as School timetable liaison, maintain scheduling and room data integrity, support space/resource planning, run reporting, and collaborate with Registrar and campus partners to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of scheduling systems and processes.

Provide pedagogical and instructional design support to faculty, including course and assessment design, LMS and educational technology consultation, faculty development workshops, applied research and evaluation, and participation in institutional teaching and learning initiatives. Lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and promote inclusive, evidence-informed teaching practices.
