Source and grow commercial and consumer clients, structure and close commercial loans, evaluate creditworthiness, manage loan portfolios, collaborate with lending teams, and represent the bank in the community to increase brand presence.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial loan and deposit relationships through proactive business development, credit underwriting, loan structuring and closing, portfolio monitoring, collaboration with lending teams, and representing the bank in the community. Mentor junior lenders and refer clients to ancillary banking services while ensuring compliance with credit policies and market risk awareness.

Evaluate commercial loan requests by analyzing financial statements, collateral, and creditworthiness; prepare financial spreads and credit memos; ensure loan policy compliance, risk rating accuracy, and documentation completeness; communicate findings with credit administration and commercial bankers; handle routine and complex transactions.

Lead credit risk assessment, portfolio analytics, CECL program management, stress testing, vendor and audit oversight. Produce board-level reports, monitor covenants and troubled loans, manage watch list and loan review processes, and provide executive communications and reporting.

Manage and grow commercial deposit relationships by prospecting new business, coordinating with lenders and branches, analyzing customer financials, preparing sales proposals, cross-selling treasury and banking services, participating in community outreach, and ensuring exceptional client service and account setup.

Review checks, ACHs, Zelle and BillPay alerts using the OASIS fraud module and other systems to identify and resolve suspected fraud. Advise branches on compromised accounts, maintain case files/spreadsheets, recommend process improvements, cross-train on BSA duties, and serve as backup to the Fraud Analyst II-Team Lead.
