Coordinate and support municipal council and clerk's office: prepare and organize meetings, draft and revise minutes, manage official records and follow up on resolutions, provide administrative and regulatory support, liaise with elected officials, staff and citizens, and oversee document management.

Lead and prioritize municipal infrastructure projects and investments across roads, drainage, water and wastewater, buildings, active mobility, and recreational facilities. Provide technical advice to senior leadership and council, manage project delivery, prepare technical documents, tenders and funding applications, and support asset management and capital planning. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Lead operational HR activities and help build foundational HR practices: coordinate recruitment, support employee relations, advise managers, drive organizational development and change, act as HR point of contact, and contribute to process modernization and HR decisions.

Lead daily HR operations and help build the HR function: coordinate recruitment, support managers, handle labour relations, drive organizational development, implement HR processes and tools, and serve as HR reference for the organization.

Lead planning, prioritization and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects (roads, stormwater, water/wastewater, buildings, active transportation, recreational facilities). Provide asset management, capital planning, technical advice to senior management and council, prepare technical/tender/funding documents, and coordinate consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Second-in-command for municipal finance overseeing capital planning, asset management, budget preparation, debt and financing strategies, financial reporting and audit support. Supervises finance staff, improves processes and controls, provides long-term forecasts and reports to senior management and council, and acts for the Director of Corporate Services – Finance as required.
