Work with NEPM senior reporter to produce local sports stories for radio, web, and social. Schedule and conduct interviews, report, voice and mix audio, draft digital stories, and create social posts. Onsite in Springfield; part-time paid internship September–December.

Lead daily production and editorial direction for The World, producing broadcasts, editing host copy and stories, mentoring producers/reporters, collaborating with digital teams, and ensuring journalistic rigor, audio quality, and cross-organization coordination between GBH and PRX.

Create and edit short-form, platform-native video and multimedia from archives and field shoots; manage post-production workflow (audio/color finishing, captions, metadata, archiving); coordinate publishing across website and social platforms; support field production on the annual tour; ensure accessibility and editorial standards while meeting deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Manage a portfolio of ~150 major donors and prospects, identify and cultivate six- and seven-figure gifts, create solicitation strategies and proposals, steward donors, collaborate with program and executive staff, track activity in CRM, and support fundraising events and campaign goals.

Lead strategy and hands-on execution of multi-channel digital fundraising campaigns (email, SMS, landing pages), manage campaign production and cross-functional stakeholders, write donor-focused copy, define segmentation and lifecycle automations, run A/B tests, analyze performance, and develop templates and playbooks to optimize acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Lead design, launch, and growth of GBH's corporate philanthropy and partnerships program. Build infrastructure and a small team, manage a portfolio of 50–75 high-potential corporate partners, cultivate C-suite relationships, secure six- and seven-figure commitments, design partnership models, coordinate cross-functionally, and ensure stewardship, impact reporting, and alignment with editorial standards.
