Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, and other clinical professionals. Develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews and site visits, negotiate offers, and support onboarding. Partner with clinical and operational leaders, credentialing and licensing teams, and external organizations. Monitor recruitment metrics, ensure compliance, represent the organization at recruiting events, and mentor recruiters as assigned.

Provide frontline IT support for clinical and corporate users: manage phone/chat/ticket queues, troubleshoot Windows/macOS/iOS hardware and software, administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), monitor Entra ID and service health, automate with PowerShell, and collaborate with MSP to maintain secure, high-availability operations.
