Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other designated clinical roles.
  • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to assess staffing needs, establish position requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create and execute sourcing plans using professional networks, specialty associations, job boards, residency and fellowship programs, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified passive and active candidates for current and anticipated needs.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews, site visits, leadership meetings, and community tours.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a professional and responsive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and present competitive offers in partnership with Human Resources, Compensation, Legal, and organizational leadership.
  • Support contract discussions and facilitate a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding.
  • Coordinate with credentialing, medical staff services, licensing, immigration, relocation, and onboarding teams as applicable.
  • Develop strong relationships with residency programs, medical schools, professional associations, recruitment firms, and community partners.
  • Advise leaders on market conditions, compensation trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the applicant tracking system and other recruitment platforms.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, including time to fill, candidate conversion, sourcing effectiveness, vacancy rates, and recruitment expenses.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements.
  • Represent One to One Health at career fairs, conferences, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Mentor or provide guidance to recruiters as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least five years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including three years of physician or advanced practice provider recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for specialized or difficult-to-fill healthcare positions.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment technology.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, physicians, and operational leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches, competing deadlines, and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Ability to travel as needed for site visits, conferences, and recruitment events.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • At least five years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • At least three years of physician or advanced practice provider recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting specialized or difficult-to-fill healthcare positions.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment technology.
