Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles: source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS, assist with offers and onboarding, participate in career events, and build talent pipelines to create a positive candidate experience.

Lead planning and execution of signature fundraising events and Foundation communications. Oversee event logistics, vendor partnerships, sponsorship development, donor stewardship, and on-site execution. Build donor and community relationships, coach event staff, and align initiatives with executive leadership to drive revenue growth and brand consistency.
