🎯 Position SummaryAs a Community Educator, you will play a vital role in expanding Big Bend Hospice's presence throughout the Panama City market by developing and strengthening relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing referrals, admissions, and awareness of the exceptional care provided by Big Bend Hospice. 💙
Working closely with the Community Education Manager and internal teams, you'll help identify growth opportunities, educate healthcare partners, and serve as a trusted resource within the community.
🚀 What You'll Do🤝 Relationship Building & Business Development✅ Build and maintain strong partnerships with physicians, healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations.
✅ Expand Big Bend Hospice's referral network through strategic outreach and relationship management.

✅ Serve as a trusted representative of Big Bend Hospice and its affiliates throughout your assigned territory.
