Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering team to develop, standardize and implement production equipment, processes and systems. Plan resources and investment budgets, drive continuous improvement (Lean, Hoshin Kanri), provide training, handle escalations and reporting, and perform people management within the plant engineering organization.

Lead and manage the HR Business Partner organization, set standards, governance and KPIs, design HRBP initiatives, define budgets, and implement measures for team performance, succession, coaching, change management and organizational development. Hold functional accountability for HRBP at country/site level.

Manage supplier and article master data, review MRP and place orders, track deliveries and escalate shortages, maintain optimal raw material stock, support technical changes and supplier integration, evaluate delivery performance, and assist with stock-take and cycle counts.

Provide expert labour law advice to HR and management, handle labour-law cases and collective agreements, negotiate restructuring/social plans, draft and review HR legal documents, liaise with works councils/unions, support M&A due diligence, audit HR processes for compliance, maintain Labour Relations & HR Compliance data and reporting, and lead local/global rollout and continuous improvement of related HR programs and tools.

Lead end-to-end project delivery: create and maintain project plans, manage budgets and resources, mitigate risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure quality and stakeholder communication, and perform post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

Provide first- and second-level IT support: intake and qualify tickets across channels, diagnose and resolve issues or escalate appropriately, maintain ITSM records, support data center availability, manage access requests, create knowledge base articles, and handle non-standard service requests for systems like SAP, Exchange, VPN, Cisco collaboration, and mobile devices.
