Leads Finance Shared Service Center automation and RPA initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities, documenting requirements, validating accounting logic and controls, supporting existing solutions, coordinating incidents and testing, and collaborating with Finance Operations, IT, global automation teams, and vendors. Reports automation pipeline status, risks, and benefits to management while promoting sustainable digital Finance solutions.

Manage supplier and article master data, process supplier orders from MRP results, track deliveries, and mitigate shortage risks. Optimize raw-material inventory levels, coordinate component changes, monitor supplier performance, and maintain supplier relationships. Support inventory counts, identify supply-chain risks, and drive improvements in supplier performance and operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment.

Lead implementation of VCM logistics standards, train and support country teams on processes and tools, monitor and report inventories, coordinate inventory budgeting and forecasting, lead inventory reduction workshops, analyze KPI deviations and run root-cause meetings, and support global VCM standards and material committee activities.

Lead project performance measurement and project controlling from RFQ to end of production. Analyze project profitability, advise project managers on risks and margin improvement, consolidate project P&Ls, maintain calculation methods and tools, and act as controlling hub and interface to accounting and functional controlling.

Develops and maintains test programs, sequences, and work instructions; supports design, installation, validation, and backup of test equipment and vision systems; performs technical error and root-cause analyses for customer claims; provides feedback to production technology and implements lessons learned across production management.

Design, modernize, and maintain .NET applications; lead architecture and code reviews; use AI tools to optimize development; mentor developers; troubleshoot defects and performance issues; work across the full software development lifecycle.

Lead and manage the Logistics Management function, design and implement strategic logistics initiatives, set governance and KPIs, control budgets, drive team performance and succession, and oversee logistics governance, planning, network purchasing, packaging management, and customs & export control at country level.

Lead and execute IT operations tasks including 1st/2nd level service desk, supporting 3rd level, incident and service request prioritization, system administration and monitoring, identity and access management, IT continuity planning, and ensuring security protections and operational procedures.
