Lead and manage the Supply Chain Management organization at a production facility, overseeing demand planning, procurement, and warehouse management. Define standards, governance, budgets, KPIs, and improvement initiatives. Supervise multiple SCM units, drive change management, succession planning, coaching, and team performance improvements.

Create and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and FG inventory policy. Ensure OTIF deliveries, coordinate with procurement, maintain ERP FG parameters, manage excess/obsolete stock, support dispatch and stock takes, escalate urgent issues, and prepare claims for customer deviations.

Act as HR Business Partner for assigned area: support leaders on employee strategy, workforce and succession planning, recruitment and onboarding, salary processes, talent management, leadership coaching, and HR process deployment. Provide 1st- through 3rd-level IT support, manage incidents and service requests, administer and monitor IT systems, manage user identities and access, maintain IT continuity plans, and ensure technical security and operational procedures are followed.

Manage and execute the Master Production Scheduling process within the facility, ensuring accurate MPS data for MRP, aligning MPS with S&OP, optimizing inventory and resources per VCM strategy, supporting stock takes, and monitoring technical changes to prevent material shortages or obsolescence.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, source candidates via job boards and events, screen and interview applicants, coordinate interviews, perform reference and background checks, negotiate offers, support onboarding, and maintain candidate relationships.

Manage raw material supply by maintaining supplier/article master data, reviewing MRP and issuing orders, tracking deliveries, managing stock levels, supporting supplier integration and performance evaluation, and assisting stock-take/cycle counts and technical change rollouts.

Lead and supervise country IT Operations team to ensure reliable IT service delivery and infrastructure support. Drive KPI monitoring, governance adherence, continuous improvement, resource planning, training, and performance management to meet business needs and operational excellence.
