Description du poste- Ensures MMC design and implements process flow, material flow, process steps
- Creates and maintains work instructions according to relevant production processes, production manual visualizations according to QM documentation etc.
- Identifies new materials/components/parts, according to the tech. drawings
- Manages and implements technical changes incl. analyzes the technical change document, PCN, implementation the technical change
- Prepares Processes documentation such as the technical drawing, analysis of customer requirements, norms, standards, supplier specifications.
- Creates documentation for production, e.g. list for stock takes, prepares specific documents for production of samples, spare parts, etc.
- Supports the optimization of processes, e.g. Product FMEA, evaluation matrix etc.
- Supports at production planning according to prognosis and orders
- Supports improvement projects
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Materials Science, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience 1 year in mechanical design, ideally in the development of test modules or industrial equipment.
Proficiency in computer‑aided design (CAD) software such as SolidWorks.
