Provide technical sales support for commercial HVAC equipment and parts: configure, price, and quote solutions; assist account/sales managers; complete bids, submittals, and take-offs; follow up to close sales; train dealers; resolve customer issues; identify growth opportunities; and travel as needed to support presentations and trade shows.

Sell and specify commercial and light-commercial HVAC systems to engineers, contractors, architects, and owners. Prospect and grow territory, perform take-offs, prepare estimates and proposals, provide technical training, attend trade shows, and support customers with product application and specification.

Lead financial reporting activities including coordinating external/internal audits and SOX testing, reviewing financial reporting packages, driving process improvements and automation, participating in technology and testing projects, and supporting month-end close and related accounting tasks.

Manage accounts payable exception handling, analyze data-driven AP reports to identify root causes and recommend improvements, support Basware AP automation optimization, prepare month-end AP accruals, and perform other AP tasks as assigned.

Drive revenue growth and margin expansion by executing strategic sales initiatives and virtual customer engagement. Use CRM analytics and market analysis to identify and advance high-value opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage customer relationships to maximize retention and portfolio expansion.

Drive B2B sales and margin growth for HVAC products by identifying and recruiting new dealers, managing client relationships, running the full sales cycle, documenting activity in Salesforce, collaborating with internal teams, and analysing sales performance to meet targets. Will spend up to 80% of time in the field.

Manage a $5M+ commercial A/R portfolio: extend credit, perform collections and credit risk assessments, handle bonds and liens, produce reports, partner with sales and branch leadership, reduce delinquencies and write-offs, and support credit policy compliance and process improvements.
