Lead MEP engineering team on turnkey data centre projects, optimize designs for cost and constructability, monitor workmanship and materials, coordinate across disciplines and contracts, ensure drawings clarity, establish resources, drive schedule sequencing, and maintain health and safety standards.

Coordinate site deliveries, booking systems, and material movements for a major construction/data‑centre project. Manage online delivery booking system, track logistics schedules, liaise with subcontractors and site teams, mark up drawings with Bluebeam, maintain records in the Project Site Access System, monitor storage and traffic compliance, produce logistics reports, and support weekly lookaheads.

Support development, coordination, and delivery of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP design solutions for data centre projects. Prepare and review drawings and technical documentation, coordinate with teams and consultants, manage RFIs and submittals, resolve design issues, and liaise with construction to ensure design intent and compliance.
