Support the Acting General Manager and incoming GM during organisational transition. Manage schedules, queries, confidential information, systems, workflows, and executive priorities while coordinating with the Senior Leadership Team. The role leads inclusive, tikanga-informed meetings, challenges management constructively, reports to the Board, and supports sound financial stewardship across a complex kaupapa Māori group.

Provide commercial leadership and operational oversight for Te Taumata’s commercial subsidiaries. Drive business plans, budgets, forecasting and performance monitoring across property management and housing development. Manage relationships with boards, contractors, funders and advisors, ensure financial controls and audit-readiness, identify revenue and risk opportunities, and support system and capability improvements to build long-term commercial value.
