Support the Chase the Vote initiative by maintaining and analyzing voter data, building reports and training materials, coordinating with field teams, managing administrative tasks, and helping plan and execute ballot-chasing events and logistics for nationwide grassroots operations.

Provide front-desk reception and general office administrative support: greet visitors, route mail and messages, manage inventory and shipping, coordinate contractors and events, and perform occasional driving for pickups and event needs.

Support the Chase the Vote administrative team with data entry, proofreading/editing, training material creation and setup, program promotion, office management, and general team collaboration to help run the Chase The Vote initiative.

Create and edit short- and long-form video and audio content for social and podcast platforms; monitor engagement metrics; deliver marketing assets; research and develop original content ideas; support media-related administrative tasks and stay current on trends and news.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive team including data entry, invoice tracking and payment, scheduling responses, maintaining Airtable and Google Drive, restocking office supplies, and managing relationships with partner conservative organizations.

Research and synthesize voting-related information, produce clear educational copy and website content, manage state-level voting content, track competitor outreach, maintain sources, and support project planning and stakeholder coordination.

Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, build and maintain CRM data and integrations, design responsive email templates, run A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, support SMS and ad campaigns, troubleshoot CRM technical issues, and produce user training materials.

Conduct in-depth research on voting laws, turnout, and civic engagement; summarize findings into clear deliverables; track other organizations' outreach; maintain organized sources and collaborate with the manager to support project development.

Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, lead build-outs, integrations, and migrations; analyze voter data to identify turnout patterns; support field teams with data-driven targeting; troubleshoot CRM issues; maintain data integrity; produce training materials and coordinate daily with department heads.

Provide administrative support for the Chase the Vote initiative, including data entry, coordinating and organizing ballot-chasing trainings and events across Arizona, managing materials and graphics distribution, responding to field inquiries, and supporting recruitment and volunteer efforts.
