Responsibilities include building finance infrastructure, overseeing fund and management company accounting, budgeting/forecasting, cash management, reporting, controls, audit/tax coordination, and partnering with senior leadership on strategy and investor readiness.

Advise on growth strategy, market positioning, partnership development, fundraising readiness, pipeline and competitive positioning, and support go-to-market planning and investor engagement on short-term engagements.

Support and execute daily trading across client portfolios, oversee investment operations for multiple vehicles (including SMAs), manage trade settlement, cash movements, and rebalancing, coordinate with custodians/brokers/prime brokers, support ODD and investor reporting, monitor controls and improve workflows, and partner with senior leadership on strategic and scalability initiatives.

Serve as COO partnering with the CEO to design and scale operational infrastructure, governance, technology, finance, risk, investor operations, and vendor management to support multi-strategy growth and fund launches.

Evaluate borrower financials, perform comprehensive credit reviews, conduct cash flow analysis, recommend loan approvals and structuring, prepare credit memoranda, monitor portfolio risk and industry trends, and collaborate with underwriting and risk leadership to maintain disciplined underwriting and support business growth.

Support capital formation by preparing investor materials, managing due diligence requests (RFPs, DDQs), coordinating investor communications, maintaining databases, assisting onboarding and reporting, and supporting strategic fundraising projects across teams.

Perform fundamental company and industry research in TMT and Consumer, build and maintain financial models, generate and present long/short investment ideas with risk/reward frameworks, monitor holdings and sector developments, and prepare investment memos and supporting materials while collaborating with senior team members.
