- Prior experience as a Head of Business Development, Investor Relations leader, or equivalent senior growth leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office
- Deep understanding of the alternative investment industry and institutional relationship landscape
- Proven track record of driving business growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
Skills Required
