Lead program management for a multi-wave VA Momentum Financials deployment: update PMP and governance, align SAFe ceremonies and tools, run program reviews and risk/CCB meetings, produce Power BI decision dashboards, automate communications from Agility/JIRA, maintain knowledge management and change plans, perform AoAs, and manage defect resolution with vendors.

Lead Momentum performance testing efforts in a cloud environment: design and implement automated performance testing frameworks, integrate with CI/CD, troubleshoot Momentum configurations, analyze logs and failures, mentor testers, manage test environments/data, and deliver scalable, documented testing solutions for a federal customer.
