Support, configure, and maintain the institution's Slate CRM and related integrations; develop reports, documentation, and training; troubleshoot issues; assist with system upgrades, testing, and admissions policy implementation.

Tenure-track Computer Science faculty to teach in an ABET-accredited undergraduate program, conduct and publish research, advise majors, serve on committees, and teach across modalities (face-to-face, online, hybrid). Responsibilities include developing and delivering courses, mentoring students, and contributing to departmental service and scholarship.

Support pre-award and post-award grant activities by advising investigators, preparing and reviewing proposals and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., 2 CFR §200), coordinating submissions, negotiating awards and subawards, developing trainings and funding searches, and assisting with grant financial tracking and institutional coordination.

Perform business process and needs analyses to align IT solutions with campus initiatives. Design, develop, test, and support reports, workflow automations, integrations, and AI-enabled tools. Collect and translate requirements into functional specifications, provide user support and training, and participate in data integrity, security, and change management efforts.

Lead daily operations of the university Office of Human Resources, managing talent acquisition, payroll/benefits, employee relations, performance management, training, Workday HCM leadership, compliance, policy development, and budget administration while partnering across campus.
