Lead creation and delivery of an Advisory Analytics capability for Transaction Services and M&A. Define analytics and AI strategy, methodologies and scalable use cases. Oversee end-to-end data processes, apply advanced analytics to transactional finance datasets, lead analytics workstreams on complex deals, engage clients and advisers, and expand analytics into other advisory areas while supporting business development and capability building.

Manage a portfolio of private clients delivering personal tax compliance and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships and owner-managed businesses. Act as primary client contact, handle capital gains matters, support ad hoc advisory and compliance assignments, attend client meetings, propose fees, monitor WIP and liaise with internal teams to deliver integrated tax solutions.

Provide secretarial and administrative support to Partners, Directors and the Heathrow team: manage diaries, meetings, documents, client onboarding/admin, financial processing, reception cover, travel and office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Lead delivery of tax advisory and compliance services for charities and nonprofits, act as trusted advisor on complex tax matters, provide specialist technical guidance (charity reliefs, Gift Aid, creative reliefs, structuring, restructurings), pursue advisory opportunities, contribute to thought leadership and BD, deliver training, and mentor and develop junior colleagues.

Provide technical tax advice and due diligence on UK M&A transactions (circa £5m–£100m). Manage transaction workflow, prepare advisory and due diligence reports, liaise with clients and advisors, and coach junior staff.

Provide corporate tax advisory to corporate clients, structure transactions, prepare tax valuations and HMRC clearance, manage tax due diligence and compliance reviews, mentor junior staff, liaise with partners and legal teams, and support business development and client pitches.

Client‑facing senior role providing employment tax advice and complex compliance across PAYE, NIC, benefits, share schemes, expatriate taxation and HMRC enquiries. Work with payroll, HR, immigration and global mobility teams, lead and mentor junior staff, support payroll bureau, review expatriate returns and payroll computations, prepare P11Ds and PSA reporting, and help develop business and manage client relationships.
