Provide strategic academic leadership to advance Indigenous engagement, education, research and success across the Faculty. Lead implementation of the University's Indigenous Strategy, embed Indigenous knowledges in curriculum, strengthen Indigenous-led research and partnerships, provide cultural leadership, and monitor related performance indicators.

Manage day-to-day operations of the AMRF Connect hub, coordinate events and program delivery, handle enquiries and systems, maintain data, and build stakeholder relationships to activate the advanced manufacturing precinct.

Deliver data-driven insights, analytics and reporting to support university decision-making. Extract, transform and validate data from multiple sources, perform segmentation and cohort analysis, build dashboards and visualisations (PowerBI/Tableau/Alteryx), ensure data quality and governance, and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into evidence-based recommendations and reporting improvements.

Lead enhancement and implementation of curriculum management systems, improve curriculum data quality and compliance, provide analysis and reporting to inform decisions, develop operational procedures and training, and engage stakeholders to support curriculum planning, approval and publication outcomes.

Lead architecture design and delivery of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions across the university. Provide target-state architectures, solution designs and implementation roadmaps for Entra ID, Okta, Saviynt, CyberArk and related IAM components. Advise on Azure infrastructure, network segmentation, hybrid connectivity and Zero Trust. Collaborate with enterprise teams, maintain architecture artifacts, assess options against security and governance standards, and support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Lead financial management, reporting and contract administration for a bushfire and natural hazards research centre. Coordinate quarterly, annual and final reports, liaise with researchers and external partners, ensure compliance with funding rules, and provide administrative and financial guidance to support centre operations.

Manage end-to-end development, partner engagement, scoping, pricing and logistics for international study tours. Prepare agreements and program documentation, coordinate stakeholders and delivery (including homestays), and support evaluation and continuous improvement to ensure commercially and operationally viable programs.
