About the role
Working within the Office of the Executive Director, Strategy and Planning, you will:
- Shape and lead The College's engagement strategy to advance organisational priorities and growth objectives.
- Build influential partnerships across industry, government, education and the community.
- Identify and unlock new opportunities for collaboration, innovation and growth.
- Lead strategic communications, events and engagement activities that elevate The College's profile and impact.
- Partner with senior leaders to strengthen relationships, drive advocacy and create meaningful outcomes for students, staff and stakeholders.

- an accomplished leader in stakeholder engagement, communications, partnerships or external relations, with the ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
- skilled at building trusted relationships and strategic partnerships across industry, government, education and community sectors.
- a strategic thinker who can turn ideas into action, leading initiatives that deliver measurable organisational outcomes.
- an exceptional communicator and influencer, confident providing advice to senior leaders and representing an organisation in complex environments.

The location
This position will be based at our Parramatta City campus, although travel to other campuses may be required. This position is not available in a fully remote format.
