Drive sales by calling on existing and prospective customers, builders, designers, and contractors across an assigned territory. Build and maintain customer relationships, promote products and displays, process orders/credits, report market movement, attend industry events, and meet/exceed sales goals while working independently and as part of a team.

Develop and maintain product specifications for commercial projects, collaborate with architects/designers and sales teams, provide technical product information and support project bidding and specification processes.

Sell products to contractors and branch customers, provide expert product knowledge and service, manage account selling activities and long-term sales plans, assist with samples and displays, partner with management on goals and merchandising, and support in-branch customer interactions.

Manage and mentor branch-based outside sales reps to grow Retail/Trade product sales within a region. Set goals, develop pricing and account strategies, build key dealer relationships, train sales staff, coordinate with branch, marketing, product planning, and national account teams, and monitor performance to meet revenue and margin objectives. Travel required.

Drive contractor business and provide front-line customer service in a branch showroom. Maintain product and brand knowledge, assist customers and support account selling activities, prepare samples and displays, manage inventory tasks, and collaborate with branch management on sales planning and goals.
