Maintain and improve Windows, Exchange, and SQL servers in virtualized/clustered environments. Administer Active Directory, VMware (ESX/vSphere/Horizon), enterprise storage, backups, and disaster recovery. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, support applications, ensure cybersecurity best practices, document systems, and collaborate with IT leadership and clinical teams across multiple locations. Participate in upgrades, DR exercises, and occasional after-hours work.

Designs, implements, maintains, and secures enterprise wired and wireless networks using Cisco equipment. Supports WAN/LAN/WLAN/VPN, routing, switching, VLANs, QoS, and Firepower security. Monitors performance, troubleshoots outages, performs packet analysis, and collaborates on infrastructure projects and disaster recovery to ensure high availability for clinical systems.
