Manage the school’s accounting, budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, audits, grant compliance, accounts payable/receivable, and internal controls while supporting leadership and the Board.

Partner with the CHRO on HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, HR reporting in Paycom, document management, communications (using AI tools), and executive support including scheduling and front-desk screening.
