Leads moderate to large uEHR implementation and cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, governance, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates operational, clinical, technical, and executive teams, provides status reporting, facilitates meetings, and supports project delivery standards. The role also mentors project team members and promotes consistent project management practices.

Provides legal counsel to a healthcare system on regulatory, operational, governance, employment, litigation, real estate, transactional, and business matters. Advises leadership, manages legal risks, supports compliance and organizational initiatives, oversees litigation and outside counsel, and provides strategic guidance on contracts, affiliations, physician arrangements, privacy, information security, employment, and medical staff law.
