Process accounts receivable including invoicing, posting payments, credit notes, customer credit checks, reconciliations, collections follow-up, support audits, maintain standard cost data, and provide payroll backup.

Lead HR and safety for the Summerville facility as a strategic partner to leadership. Oversee employee relations, wage/hour administration, benefits, EEO, policy, compliance with employment laws, and site safety programs aligned with HACCP, GMPs, Work Instructions, and SQF requirements.

Support paper/polywoven packaging plant operations by driving process improvements, cost reduction, safety and quality compliance (HACCP, GMP, SQF). Troubleshoot production issues, lead validations, develop procedures and training, manage process projects, coordinate with maintenance, supervisors and engineering, and prepare capital justifications.

Provide bilingual (French/English) onsite IT support for Montreal and regional sites: troubleshoot desktops, networks, wireless, printers, VoIP and manufacturing ERP (QAD). Maintain infrastructure, enforce security/patching, document procedures, manage assets, deploy hardware, support Microsoft OS and Office 365 clients, perform cable termination/testing, and travel weekly between sites with on-call responsibilities for production issues.

Manage equipment proposals, quotations and RFPs; coordinate procurement, shipments and FATs; lead continuous improvement projects; provide technical support, create/update drawings and procedures; support parts department and perform field measurements and testing.
