Provide application-level production support and operations for enterprise middleware and integration services (IBM webMethods and Java-based BRE/BRMG). Troubleshoot production incidents, perform RCA, manage releases, validate failover/fallback, handle certificates/credentials, update runbooks, and maintain 24x7 operational readiness.
