Serve as the liaison between warehouse operations and the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Provide first-line WMS support, resolve system/process gaps, train and assist floor users, support system enhancements, deliver reporting and drive continuous process improvements for inbound, outbound, and inventory workflows.

Manage relationships with partner restaurants on the Ninja platform, ensure satisfaction and retention, conduct regular performance reviews, resolve issues, coordinate onboarding and marketing campaigns, monitor KPIs, cross-sell NCR products, and maintain CRM records.

Maintain and validate master data across ERP and CRM systems, perform audits and cleansing, support migrations, document MDM processes, train users, and resolve data quality issues.

Lead and supervise the IT support team to deliver high-quality technical support across retail and warehouse sites. Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and OS issues, implement ITIL-based incident and helpdesk processes, coordinate with business functions, and maintain service continuity to enable efficient operations.

Coordinate and dispatch orders to nearest available drivers, monitor order status, resolve delivery issues, handle driver tickets (payments, cancellations, technical problems), process compensation per policy, and collaborate with Customer Service and Partner Care to maintain timely deliveries and service quality.

Support payroll processing, benefits administration, rewards programs, and HR reporting. Validate financial transactions, respond to employee inquiries, analyze compensation data, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate HR records.

Manage and supervise inbound receiving: verify shipments against documents, inspect quality and expiration dates, report discrepancies, create batches and labels, coordinate truck scheduling and gate management, update WMS records, prepare reports, and enforce safety and operational procedures to ensure efficient warehouse intake.

Monitor daily cash balances, process bank transactions and reconciliations, support cash flow forecasting and liquidity reporting, maintain bank relationships, and assist with treasury audits and compliance.

Manage and coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods. Monitor metrics, support route planning, liaise with drivers, suppliers, warehouse teams, maintain accurate records, and assist the Transportation Supervisor with process improvements and policy implementation.

Greet visitors, manage the reception area, support office operations, coordinate suppliers and internal events, and provide basic administrative assistance to employees while maintaining a professional, organized front-desk presence.
