Owns restaurant partner relationships, identifies growth opportunities, drives campaigns, and improves partner performance. The role focuses on increasing orders and revenue, enhancing day-to-day operations, using performance dashboards, and negotiating with partners in a fast-paced food technology or online delivery environment.

Supervise grocery distribution center receiving operations from supplier arrival through putaway handover. Plan inbound schedules, allocate labor, oversee unloading and WMS receiving, close receipts without backlog, and enforce cold-chain, FEFO, expiry, food-safety, and quality requirements. Lead and develop receiving staff, monitor productivity, coordinate with planning and suppliers, resolve operational issues, and support process improvements while maintaining warehouse standards across multiple temperature zones.

Supports HRIS administration, employee data maintenance, data entry, validation, reporting, basic troubleshooting, system testing, process implementation, record accuracy, documentation, and issue resolution with relevant teams.

Oversee end-to-end FMCG warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory accuracy, cost control, safety, and fulfillment. Lead warehouse teams, manage staffing and performance, monitor KPIs, implement lean improvements, optimize layouts and picking methods, support WMS and automation adoption, and resolve operational issues. Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance, food safety, regulatory adherence, and effective capacity planning during seasonal and volume changes.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts; advise business stakeholders on legal and commercial risks; support complex negotiations and disputes; maintain contract records, templates, and playbooks; coordinate with counsel; and mentor junior legal specialists while improving contract processes.

Supervise inbound receiving and unloading operations, verify shipments against documentation, inspect quality and quantities, report discrepancies, manage labeling and batch creation, organize pallet transfers, coordinate truck scheduling and gate access, update WMS transactions, prepare receiving reports, and follow safety and quality procedures.

Manage the sweets product category by developing growth strategies, analyzing market trends and performance data, optimizing assortment and pricing, and building supplier relationships. Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams on promotions and seasonal launches while monitoring competitors and adjusting plans to improve sales, profitability, product availability, and customer satisfaction.

Manage relationships with existing partner restaurants, driving satisfaction, retention, growth, and platform success. Conduct partner check-ins, resolve issues, monitor performance metrics, coordinate marketing campaigns, cross-sell products, track ROI, maintain CRM records, and provide strategic insights based on market and competitor trends. Collaborate with Sales Acquisition and Operations to support onboarding and partner transitions.

Leads assortment planning, range optimization, inventory health, SKU rationalization, and commercial planning across categories. Analyzes sales, margin, stock cover, availability, overstock, aged stock, and SKU productivity to identify risks and opportunities. Partners with Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other stakeholders to execute plans, drive clearance actions, and provide commercial recommendations supporting profitable growth.
