Provides leadership to internal marketing staff and community teams, strengthens brand consistency, improves marketing infrastructure, and supports occupancy, revenue growth, and resident and family experience.

Manage company and community social media channels, including content planning, creation, scheduling, engagement, monitoring, and performance reporting. Design flyers, ads, infographics, and other branded marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite. Support campaigns, events, photo and video editing, and creative asset organization while collaborating with corporate marketing.
