Lead and optimize end-to-end electronic payments acceptance operations (EFTPOS, merchant acquiring, VAS). Drive cross-functional frameworks, KPIs/SLAs, incident management, process automation, audits, and client communications. Sell printing and enveloping solutions to B2B clients: develop and manage client portfolio, assess client needs, prepare quotations, manage orders, and coordinate with production to ensure successful project execution.

Identify and qualify B2B sales opportunities in banking, telecom, and utilities; manage pipeline from prospecting to contract closure; deliver demos, proposals, and POCs; manage accounts, process orders, and report on sales performance.
