Mellon Technologies is seeking a partner for the position of PPC Digital Product Manager – Content Operations Specialist, on behalf of a major electricity provider based in Athens.

The CMS Operations Specialist is a hands-on, hybrid role within the Digital Product Management team, responsible for the day-to-day technical execution and operational integrity of the company's Content Management System (CMS). This role is critical for ensuring that all content and platform releases are managed flawlessly, supporting the seamless delivery of our digital products. Reporting to the Head of Digital Product, the specialist will execute all publishing and deployment operations, manage user access, and provide frontline support, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the CMS platform.

Role Responsibilities & Objectives

  • Manage and execute all publishing and deployment operations according to established governance, specifically supporting digital product launches and updates.
  • Perform environment synchronization to ensure consistency between UAT, Staging, and Production environments.
  • Monitor publishing health and system integrity across all active environments to ensure readiness for product releases.
  • Provide frontline operational support to CMS users, with a focus on assisting the Digital Product Management team.
  • Troubleshoot and triage platform issues, coordinating with the CMS Platform Lead and technical teams for resolution.
  • Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions in line with access governance policies.
  • Work closely with Digital Product Managers to understand content requirements, deployment schedules, and operational needs for various digital products.
  • Support QA/UAT coordination by preparing environments and validating deployments for digital products.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in Sitecore administration or a similar enterprise-grade CMS.
  • Strong understanding of CMS operational workflows, including publishing, deployment, release operations, and incident handling.
  • Familiarity with digital product lifecycles and the operational needs of product teams.
  • Previous experience in a technical support or operations role is considered a plus.
  • A highly disciplined and structured approach to tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and provide clear, concise operational support.
  • Very good command of Greek and English languages (spoken and written).

Skills Required
